Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No, never. nudeless uses 100% on-device AI processing. Your photos are analyzed entirely on your iPhone using Apple's Neural Engine. No images are ever uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any external server.

Why does the app need photo library access?

nudeless needs access to scan your photo library for sensitive content. This is managed by iOS and you can revoke it anytime in Settings. We only access photos you select for scanning.

Does nudeless work offline?

Yes! Since all processing happens on your device, nudeless works perfectly without an internet connection. You can scan your entire photo library in airplane mode.

Why does my phone get warm during scanning?

nudeless uses Apple's Neural Engine for AI processing, which can generate some heat during intensive scanning. This is normal and expected for on-device machine learning.

How do I hide detected photos?

After scanning, tap on any detected photo to see options. Select photos you want to hide, then tap "Hide Selected." Photos are moved to the iOS Hidden album, which is protected by Face ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions." Find nudeless and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Make sure you're on the latest version of nudeless and iOS. 2) Try restarting the app. 3) Restart your iPhone. If issues persist, email us at support@nudeless.app with details about the problem.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. We're also happy to help troubleshoot any issues you're having with the app.
